1. Payment Options

*For cutomers residing abroad (outside Japan), payment is accepted via the PayPal site.
(Paypal accepts all major credit cards, and you don't have to have a PayPal account).

*Please note that you will be briefly taken out of Belle site while you pay for your order at PayPal. You will then be redirected back to this site after your payment has been made.

2. Return & Exchange

For international shipping
Please email us with your name, your order number, and the product number. Please mention in your email if you would like to exchange or return. We will send you a follow up email with further details on how to proceed with your exchange. (Please note, buyer is responsible for shipping, all import taxes and customs fees. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these expenses.)

3. Shipping International

Please choose the delivery method from EMS or international e-packet.
Shipping charges will be calculated 1 to 2 business days after ordering and will be sent via email.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees through customs.

4. Shipping within Japan

Shipping Cost:650 Yen plus tax -Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu
Shipping Cost:900 Yen plus tax-Hokkaido, Okinawa
Shipping Cost:200 Yen plus tax [applies on only the item indicates 'Regular Mail'(「ネコポス発送可能」)]
Free Shipping for The total item above 10000 Yen.

5. Delivery

Items will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service).
Normally, Items will be shipped out in 3-4 business days. International shipping takes 1 week to 3 weeks.

We offer the simple packaging for the conservation of resources. The orders more than 5 shoes or with boots will be shipped in cardboard boxes.
